• Daily: $60 Electricity and WiFi included
• Weekly: $360 Electricity and WiFi included
• Monthly:

• October, November, April: $650
• December through March: $850
• May Through September: $550
• Electricity will be billed monthly at $.15 per kwh

• Seasonal (180 Days): $3800

• Advance payment on arrival or by December 15
• On site storage of Park Models is included
• Signed lease required.
• Electricity will be billed monthly at $.15 per kwh

• Mid-Winter Package (3 Months): $2500

• Can be reserved after November 1
• Full payment on arrival or by January 15
• Signed lease required.
• Electricity will be billed monthly at $.15 per kwh

• Park Models after 6 months: $430

• Lease required.
• Electricity will be billed monthly at $.15 per kwh

• Reservation Deposit: $300
• Additional Person (Each Per Day): $3.00

• Maximum per month: $60.00

Rates subject to change without notice. We are a 55 plus park. Sorry we do not allow dogs. We accept credit and debit cards, 3% discount for cash. A 4% surcharge will be added to past due accounts.
